Fujifilm launches Instax Mini Evo hybrid camera and “Stone Gray” film

Fujifilm is launching a hybrid high-speed camera with a classic design and 100 effect combinations for your images.

Instax was introduced as a high-speed camera brand 23 years ago in 1998 and is still popular. There are several models of different Instax camera bodies, but the Instax Mini Evo features a classic style. Fujifilm describes it as a “high-quality, classic touch,” but it’s also the first Instax camera to feature a print lever, lens selector, and film clock (complete with action sounds).

The camera has ten lens effects and ten film effects that allow for 100 combinations of shooting effects. Fujifilm is also launching a “Stone Gray” mini-format film for use with the camera, with a “gray frame accented with metallic silver that gives a sense of luxury” to your printed images.

The Instax Mini Evo smartphone application allows you to print photos stored on your phone with a Mini Evo printer. It can also transfer photos taken with the Mini Evo to the phone for storage. Fujifilm offers accessories in the form of a black camera case and an acrylic frame to showcase your favorite prints.

Fujifilm Instax Mini Evo will be released on the 3rd. December in Japan. According to The Verge, Fujifilm plans to release the Mini Evo in the United States at some point in February next year. It is expected to cost $ 199.95.
