Jill and Jessa Duggar go to court on Josh’s accusations just days after child porn trial begins

Josh Duggar has survived several horrific corruptions in 33 years.

But now it looks like the eldest son of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar could finally be held accountable for his actions, as his violations are being re-examined in two very different lawsuits.

First, there is Josh’s child porn trial, and the stakes couldn’t be much higher.

If Josh is convicted, he faces a 20-year prison sentence.

If he is released, he will return home, which he will share with his wife and seven children, and will continue to live a pampered life surrounded by people who have long closed their eyes to his actions.

But whatever happens, a different judge hears various charges against Josh less than two weeks after the child pornography trial begins.

In 2015, the world learned that Josh had harassed five young girls – four of whom were his siblings – while still in their teens.

The crimes came to light as a result of a request from the Freedom of Information Act In contact.

Iltalehti received police documents stating that Jim Bob admitted his son was fumbling with the girls while negotiating a deal that would allow Josh to escape prosecution.

The four Duggar girls who were victims of Josh – Jill, Jessa, Jinger and Joy-Anna – have not sued the brother who committed the crimes or the father who helped them, but the police and sheriff’s departments that published Josh’s criminal record.

The lawsuit was filed as early as 2017, and after years of legal controversy that significantly shortened the list of defendants, a trial date has finally been set.

The opening of the civil trial of the Duggar Sisters against the city of Springdale, Arkansas, begins on Dec. 9.

And since Josh’s criminal trial begins on Nov. 30, this is set to be a pretty hectic holiday season for the Duggar clan.

Josh Duggar is a bad father

We assume that Jim Bob begins to hope that he would have chosen a second year to sit in the Arkansas State Senate.

And it seems that the review of Josh’s first sex scandal is not limited to the civil rights of his siblings.

Earlier this month, a prosecutor in a child pornography case asked permission to use Josh’s previous sex offenses against him in court.

“In particular, the government notes its intention to provide evidence that in about 2002 and 2003 … the defendant attempted to commit and committed an offense under Arkansas law involving contact between any part of the defendant’s body and the child’s genitals or anus — namely, secondary sexual abuse. “, reads in the DA document.

Josh’s defense desperately wants to keep the facts of the situation as far away from the jury as possible.

And so, they have submitted their own documents claiming that the evidence is weak and that there is no solid evidence that Josh was guilty of the crimes his own family accused him of.

Yes, the defense actually claims that Josh may not have beaten his siblings despite the fact that the five young girls and Josh’s own father are all known to confirm the crimes have taken place.

This is a level of evil that is hard to comprehend, but since Josh has gotten rid of things like this all his life, it’s not hard to see how he could be capable of such daring.

We can only hope that his happiness is over and that justice is finally realized.
